Plan your Trip to & from the Spring Cycle
Apart from riding your bike (of course!), public transport is the best option for getting to and from the Spring Cycle!
Travel on public transport is covered for participants and volunteers – just show your rider number or official volunteer ID card when boarding services.
The quickest and easiest way to get to the starting line in North Sydney is by Train and plenty of extra services will run to accommodate the large numbers of cyclists.
Keep in mind bikes are not permitted on-board buses and ferry crews may also refuse to allow bikes on board for safety and capacity limitations. For the event due to limited capacity, bikes aren’t permitted on-board Light rail services. However, volunteers or participants without bikes can travel on all public transport services.
