1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this competition is Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who register for the Spring Cycle 2025 here: https://raceroster.com/registration/94479/entry?grassrootz=lifelinespringcycle and create a fundraising page on Grassrootz here: https://springcycle25.grassrootz.com/lifelinespringcycle/join

2.2 Entrants must complete both actions by 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday, 15 October 2025 to qualify.

2.3 Each eligible person may receive multiple entries as outlined in Section 3 (How to Enter).

2.4 Employees of Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw upon receiving a donation on their fundraising page.

3.2 Each donation made to an entrant’s fundraising page will count as one (1) additional entry in the draw. One entry per donation per eligible person.

3.3 Only donations received between 8:00am AEDT on 8 October 2025 and 11:59pm AEDT on 15 October 2025 will be eligible for entries.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize is a Giant FastRoad E+ EX valued at $6,399.

4.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

4.4 The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from Giant Ramsgate, 274 Rocky Point Rd, Ramsgate NSW 2217, or for any delivery costs if they request that the prize be shipped.

5. Draw and Winner Notification

5.1 The prize draw will take place on Thursday 16th October 2025 at the Promoter’s offices.

5.2 The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

5.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. Publicity

6.1 By entering, entrants agree to the use of their name, image, and fundraising story for promotional purposes related to the Spring Cycle and the Promoter’s activities, without compensation.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

7.3 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
